The Latest Food Fad: Watermelon Burger!

Watermelons as burgers sound like an unlikely creation but one daring chef says we should try it before we knock it. You may become a believer after trying this recipe—you can wow your neighbors with something they probably never tried to make themselves. Rebecca Wilde would love to try it, but alas she doesn't have a grill (yet) and Wicker, well, he'd have to talk himself into it. That's a man who likes his beef.
Now, if you are daring enough and interested in trying, here are the ingredients:
1 small orange
1 cup roughly chopped fennel fronds
1 - 2 fat garlic cloves
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
¼ tsp kosher salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
4 slices of watermelon, 1 ½” thick
Olive oil
Cheese—preferably chevre, sheep or goat
4 square ciabatta buns or a baguette cut into sandwich-size portions
