First you have to choose your goals and the experts say start small.  Have someone help hold you accountable like a therapist or a trust-worthy friend.....one who doesn't get into drama.  And then keep up with your plans.  When you SEE success you are more likely to keep going like The Little Engine That Could.  You CAN do this, Sugar!!
