This Organization Helps Homeless Kids Be Proud Of Their Parents

And For Homeless Parents To Feel Like They Are Human

May 13, 2019

Most homeless parents worry about food and shelter for their kids.  But what about the little (or big) things like a clean clothes so they can be proud to go to school or a prom dress that the family can't afford?  That is where Alice's Kids comes in.  Laura and Ron Fitzsimmons started the charity in honor of their mom, Alice.  They take donations and buy gift cards to deserving parents who in turn feel like they are contributing to their kids lives and for kids to feel proud of their parents.  (The kids don't know where the money comes from)

This is such an amazing organination.
