The Top 10 Beers In America

#1 Is No Longer Sold In RVA

Craft Beer

Wicker and Wilde both know we have incredible craft beer in RVA and if your go-to drink is the "lightest beer possible," you probably won't like this list.  The American Homebrewers Association released its annual rankings of the best beers in America.  And they're all on the hoppy side.

For the fourth year in a row, first place went to Two Hearted Ale, made by Bell's Brewery in Michigan.  Even if you've never tried it, you might know the bottle.  It's green and orange with a trout on the front. Unfortunately there was some dispute involving Bell's Brewery and Two-Hearted is no longer served up in our restaurants so Wilde usually gets it when she visits family in MI.  What about you?  What's your favorite beer....Wicker likes Bass Ale and Heineken while Wilde's faves are Hardywood's Pilsner and Triple Crossing's Falcon Smash, which has been named the BEST in Virginia - and I (Rebecca Wilde) know you can get it at Station 2 in the bottom. It's delish!

The rest of the top 10 are:
