Cavalier - Richmond SPCA

This week's pet of the day is a dog named Cavalier. He is one of 30 pets that we transferred from Houston, Texas ahead of Hurricane Laura in August and he is now looking for a lasting home in Virginia  

Age: 3 years old

Cavalier is a handsome young guy who is looking for a loving guardian to help him build his confidence. He is a little nervous about new people and situations, but with the right amount of encouragement and a handful of treats, he warms right up. Cavalier is gentle and affectionate and would make the perfect companion for a family with older children.
