Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 large (or 2 small) green cabbage
  • 2 15-oz. cans tomato sauce
  • 2 15-oz. cans jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • Water
