  • 3 tablespoons butter -mornay sauce
  • 3 tablespoons flour -mornay sauce
  • 2 cups milk -mornay sauce
  • 2 tablespoons swiss cheese (grated) -mornay sauce
  • 1/2 cup half and half -mornay sauce
  • 1 egg yolk (mixed with the half & half) -mornay sauce
  • 1 cup milk -crepes
  • 1/2 cup water -crepes
  • 2 eggs -crepes
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted) -crepes
  • 2 tablespoons oil -crepes
  • 1 cup flour -crepes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt -crepes
