- 2 tablespoons swiss cheese (grated) -mornay sauce
- 1/2 cup half and half -mornay sauce
- 1 egg yolk (mixed with the half & half) -mornay sauce
- 1 cup milk -crepes
- 1/2 cup water -crepes
- 2 eggs -crepes
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted) -crepes
- 2 tablespoons oil -crepes
- 1 cup flour -crepes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt -crepes
