  • 1 Lb Dandelion Greens, washed
  • 8 Oz Baby Portobello Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger root, minced
  • 1 Cup Shallots, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • A Dash or two of Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste
