- 8 Oz Baby Portobello Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Ginger root, minced
- 1 Cup Shallots, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- A Dash or two of Red Pepper Flakes
- Salt & Black Pepper to taste
