During these uncertain times, RAL needs the community's help to continue life-saving efforts. RAL needs foster homes for cats and dogs currently in care. Social proximity does not apply to pets (pets cannot get COVID-19 – more below), and being home and keeping a social distance is the perfect time to save lives. RAL will provide all necessary supplies for foster pets – all that you need to provide is an open home and open heart. RAL’s goal is to increase their foster base by 50% in case they are forced to close. Foster homes will ensure that pets are still cared for and that life-saving continues.

If you’re interested in fostering during this emergency time of need, please email RAL’s Foster Coordinator Javon Montanez at In addition to emailing RAL’s Foster Coordinator, you can also submit a foster application online or by clicking here!
