Those wishing to help their wild neighbors when they find them in distress always have the best of intentions. However, more often than not their actions, when rescuing a wild animal, ultimately costs the animal its life. We are here to help you learn the critical information you need to know when choosing to help sick, injured, distressed, or orphaned wildlife. This program will help you when rescuing and attempting any First Aid for a wild bird or animal.

Join us on July 18th from 6pm - 8pm at Courthouse Creek Cider located in Maidens, Va, outdoors in their orchard, for a well informed course geared towards the general public.

Good social distancing will be practiced while you learn. Bring a notepad and pen as we are sure you will want to take some good notes to share and keep.

10% of cider sales will help us care for the animals at our wildlife center, so be sure to try some great dry cider. Think wine, not sweet.

In addition, La Bete Food Truck will be joining us with some great food for purchase. When ordering be sure to ask Frankie about his experience with our director while rescuing a Cooper's Hawk.
