Executive Chef Anne Maury Haapala shows you how to update the classics and make some new showstoppers. Join her virtually as she demonstrates how to create modern casseroles using fresh ingredients and delicious flavor combinations with some make-ahead friendly options.

Chef Anne is the Executive Chef for the Garden’s caterer, Meriwether-Godsey. She has a degree in hospitality and tourism from Virginia Tech and studied Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina.
