Snickerdoodle Cookies - Friday

Ingredients

• 1.5 cups all purpose flour 200 grams
• 3/4 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter plus 1-2 tablespoons
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar 70 grams
• 1/3 cup brown sugar 65 grams
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
