TACOS:
- 1 lb. cod or mild white fish
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander

- 2 teaspoons diced chiles in adobo
- juice of 1 lime
