INGREDIENTS
- 1 and 3/4 cups (350g) granulated sugar*
- 1 cup + 2 Tablespoons (130g) cake flour (spoon & leveled)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 large egg whites, at room temperature*
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- optional: confectioners’ sugar for dusting, whipped cream, and berries
